Show Tomorrow!
(Sunday 4pm)
@Durham Fruit - Theater
I am pleased to say how much I am looking forward to sharing my work in progress tomorrow. It will likely be the only show I do like this for a little while so please come, join, watch, listen, perceive, enjoy.
And join us for some drinks near by afterwards to enjoy the extra hour of light.

Performance at the Fruit : March 8th 4:00 pm
Shared bill with Marion Spencer.
This performance is a quiet exploration of presence, felt sense, and emergent movement through tone. It is an integration of on going research and practice.
It is full and stripped down at the same time.
Sometimes the space fills with memory and other times with ideation and imagination.
Sound serves as a tonal landscape that evokes and supports. Exploring balance and dissonance. When can it hold and when can it bring something up? In me, in the space, in you.
If you come, when you come, I hope you tell me what you see.
Improvisational Practices and Technique - ALMOST FULL!
March 18 - 6 week series, Wednesdays 7-9
Join for a series of improvisational techniques and movement experience. Six weeks of scores, questions, and logic to be inside of while improvising. We will research orientation, meaning making, the composition of an image, and the thinking, feeling body of the individual and the collective. The work will be expressed in solo, ensemble, compositional, and performative explorations.
We will be accompanied by the wonderful Caitlyn Swett the last three weeks of the series.
You will walk out of this class with a range of tools that put logic, curiosity and purpose behind your dance.
This class is already half full! Register sooner than later to secure a spot.
