Friends,
This year, when in NC, my circle is small. My focus is on my body, heart, nervous system, dog, my closest friends, and my home. I am always working on my self, re-collecting, reorganizing, and reorienting. While I imagine I will be in this moment of semi-solitude for more time, I am interested in engaging more with things I love, that energize me, that excite me, and that bring security and fortitude to my day-to-day life. I’m looking to add more tone to my days.
While this period of semi-solitude has been grounding, it's also been a time of deep reflection and renewal. By focusing inward—on my body, heart, and the close connections that sustain me—I'm discovering new layers of connection, creativity, and energy. This process of re-collecting and reorganizing is leading me to explore the things that truly bring joy and strength to my days. As this restructuring takes time, building new habits and pathways in the brain, I'm returning to the fundamentals of connection, creativity, and relationship. I feel a deep craving growing within me for collaboration, to be in creative process, and to be a part of making something meaningful.
If this interests you, or feels somehow resonant, tell me, lets have a conversation or even make something!

Referrals and direct contacts are particularly helpful.

If you’re a non-profit without a Google Ads Grant setup, I’d love to help you with that.
Junior Developer - Coding (JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, Figma, Canva)

Dance Production - I really want to help put on dance shows / performance locally.
I really want to work on a team, be creative, and be challenged to grow and step outside of my comfort zone. Let me know if you come across anything!!! <3

Imaginative Series:
The wonderful Amanda K. Miller is offering two intro classes for her upcoming six-week Imaginative Series. I started working with Amanda at age 15. She fundamentally changed my understanding of learning. She instilled a technique I’ve applied to nearly every creative practice in my movement and photographic life and career. I urge you to attend one of these intro classes. Amanda is true magic. If you love improvisation of any kind, it’s worth your time.
here is the class description:
Imaginative Series
Landscape of Embodiment- August 22nd and 29th
at The Culture Mill in Saxapahaw, NC
The Imaginative Series is an open movement research platform for those interested in discovering deeper nuances in their craft. By applying Rudolph Laban’s 9-point system and a mathematical approach to movement, participants will be encouraged to release old habits, explore new territories, and engage the body’s three-dimensional physicality and voice. Through risk-taking, intuitive sensing, resonant response, and listening to the space within the music, there are opportunities to refine one’s vocabulary. Perhaps by shifting our perception, we can explore a newfound balance of communication with ourselves and our audiences.
HOMEBODY
I’m starting private sessions in my home. These sessions will be exploratory in nature—something I won’t charge for. I want to lean into my hands-on energy work. Though I have no Reiki or massage training, I’ve been working on friends and loved ones for years and am curious to deepen this practice with people interested in open dialogue about its impact on day-to-day life over time.
A few things to note:
I have a large dog in my house.
I am not a healer, massage therapist, or doctor.
I am a curious movement/somatic practitioner with long-standing theories that I’ve only implemented on myself. I’m eager to expand this work to friends willing to engage in this practice with me.
I’m specifically looking for three people to commit to a series of four research sessions. This would include three in-person sessions in Mebane and one virtual session.
If you are interested in going on this journey with me, please
book a 30 minute consultation with me.
